Four beginner classes a week in a small Lenasia studio. Hammock and mat provided. You don’t need to be flexible, strong or brave — you need to show up in something with sleeves.
Never done this before?
Everyone in the room started with the hammock at hip height, quietly wondering whether it would hold them. It will. Here is what the first ninety minutes actually look like.
For your first class the silk sits around hip height. You’ll sit in it, lean on it and stretch through it long before anyone asks you to go upside down.
Shapes that feel impossible on a mat get kinder in the air. The silk carries your weight so your shoulders, hips and spine can open without forcing anything.
Class finishes wrapped in the hammock, off the floor, lights low. For most people this turns out to be the part they came back for.
The week ahead
Every session runs an hour and a half. Spaces are limited, so payment is what holds your spot.

One quiet room in Ext. 8 with a proper rig overhead, a mat under every hammock, and enough space that nobody is practising in anyone else’s elbow.
R150 a class
Message May, pay to confirm your space, and wear something that covers the backs of your knees. That’s the whole process.
